Announcing the Michael Ramsey Prize judges

We’re delighted to reveal the Michael Ramsey Prize 2023 judging panel.

The judging panel for the Michael Ramsey Prize 2023 includes Bishop of Croydon Rt Rev Dr Rosemarie Mallet; acclaimed writer and biblical lecturer Canon Dr Paula Gooder; the Bishop of Los Angeles Rt Rev John Harvey Taylor; priest in Charge of Boughton under Blean Rev Cathrine Ngangira; author and previous Michael Ramsey Prize winner Rev Dr Mark Oakley.

The expert judging panel will choose the winner of the Michael Ramsey Prize 2023 from the three shortlisted titles.

The Archbishop of Canterbury, Justin Welby, presides over the prize and will award £15,000 to the
winner at a ceremony on 14th December 2023 in the Lambeth Palace Library.
